A deposit of $300 per person is required at the time of making reservation.
Final payment is due 35 days prior to departure date, or the reservation will
be subject to cancellation and penalty will be applied.
Written notice is required 45 days prior to departure date.
35 Days prior to departure date: $100 per person will be charged.
22-34 days prior to departure date 25% of total price, or $500, base on Airline and Hotel penalty.
15-21 days before departure 50% of total price, or $800, base on Airline and Hotel penalty.
Within 14 days prior to departure date 100% of total price. No refund will be given.
No refund shall be given for any portions of the tour unused by the passenger on his/her own accord.
Since air tickets, accommodations, transportation and meals have to be arranged in advance in peak seasons such as Chinese New Year, Easter, Summer vacation, Christmas and New Year, no change including departure date, name, tour, and itinerary is allowed

A handing fee of $25 per transaction will be charged for any alteration or revision made to a reservation.
Smoking is not allowed on tour buses.
The operator is more than happy to assist you with shopping needs, But is
not responsible for goods price and quality. Please retain receipt for future
after-sales correspondence purpose.
Due to limited bus capacity, one baggage and one carry-on are suggested
to be carried. Please refer to individual airlines for dimensions and weight
regulation. No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage to baggage or
any of the passengers belonging. Baggage insurance is recommended.
Number of Passengers of Tour Group:
A tour Group will be activated with a minimum of 10 passengers. The operator
will notify all participants any change of departure date or refund tour fare
without interest fourteen days prior to departure.
1. The passport must be valid for 6 months from the date of the tour.
2. Passengers should be responsible for arranging his/her own visa required for travel to the destination country or place.
3. Passengers are responsible to obtain the proper travel document for the trip and all passports must remain valid for at least 6 months prior to the scheduled
return date of the trip.
Achiever Vacation strongly recommend our customers to acquire insurance on medical, trip cancellation, and baggage, etc. We act as agent for suppliers of transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations, all terms and conditions will be borne by the respective suppliers, and Super Vacation shall be exempt from any liability for loss or damage of properties, injury to people, delays, accidents, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control.
TOUR FARE INCLUDES
1. All meals, transportation, admissions, air ticket, or others which are mentioned in the itinerary.
Hotel accommodation is based on two adults in one room (single room supplement is applicable). No discount on triple occupancy.
2. Each participant can travel with one hand-carry, and one luggage not exceeding 20kg .
3. “Child” fare is for children between 2-11, who shares a room with 2 adults (no extra bed will be added).
Infant under 2 years old pays 10% of the adult fare.
TOUR FARE EXCLUDES
1. Any personal based expenses, such as phone calls, laundry, postage, travel insurance, etc.
2. All costs of activities which are not mentioned in the itinerary, or stated “optional”.
3. Transportation to airport after the tour dismisses.
4. Tips to tour leader, guide and driver.
5. Airport taxes and other related charges.
6. Visa application fees.
Achiever Vacation, Inc. is acts only in the capacity of agents for airlines, hotels, bus companies, railroads or shipping lines providing transportations, hotel accommodations and other services. If the services included in the tour cannot be supplied or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of the operator, the operator will arrange for the provision of comparable services. Any resulting additional expenses will be payable by tour participants and any resulting savings will be refunded by the operator to tour participants. All Passport, Visas, Baggage and personal effects are at all times and in all circumstances the responsibility of the tour participant. Travel insurance is recommended.
The operator, reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, to expel any tour participant from the tour, to make changes in the itinerary whenever the operator deems it necessary for the comfort, convenience or safety of the tour participants, and to cancel a tour at any time.
The tour participant agrees that neither the operator nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death and property loss) or expenses occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing tour services or of any other person. There shall be no refund for any unused services provided in the itinerary.
